Upon investigation, authorities revealed that while the woman did indeed shoot the victim in the head and kept him hidden for four days, he survived the ordeal.
The situation unfolded when the woman, along with three accomplices, confronted the victim, demanding $500 that he allegedly owed them. The victim later informed the police that the debt stemmed from a drug deal worth approximately $700.
After the shooting, the victim was kept in hiding, but fortunately, he was found alive when police arrived. His condition is currently unknown, and authorities are working to understand the full extent of his injuries.

Following the discovery, Miami police arrested four individuals: Jenifer Cortez, 26, Ashley Perez, 21, Felipe Aviles, 26, and Rachel Torna, 21. The group is facing serious charges, including attempted premeditated murder and kidnapping with a firearm.
In addition to the charges of attempted murder and kidnapping, Perez faces additional charges for using a firearm during the commission of a crime. Aviles is also charged with being a convicted felon in possession of a firearm. All four individuals remain in jail without bail as the investigation continues.
The police are continuing to investigate the circumstances leading up to the shooting. They have not yet disclosed the exact motive for the violence but have confirmed that the altercation stemmed from a financial dispute related to a drug transaction.
The victim’s condition is being closely monitored as he recovers from his injuries. Authorities are now focusing on determining whether additional individuals were involved and if further charges will be filed.
Residents of Little Havana expressed shock and concern over the violent incident. “We’re used to hearing about crime in the area, but this is really shocking,” said one local. “I just hope the victim recovers, and justice is served.”
