Scioto Properties and NeuroRestorative to open 16-bed post-acute rehabilitation facility offering inpatient and outpatient care
ARLINGTON, Texas, Aug. 24, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- Scioto Properties and NeuroRestorative will break ground on August 25 on a new 16-bed post-acute rehabilitation services facility in Arlington, Texas, expanding access to specialized inpatient and outpatient care for individuals with brain, spinal cord, and other medically complex injuries.
The groundbreaking ceremony will take place at 11:00 a.m. at 1201 Gambrel Road in Arlington and will mark the start of construction on NeuroRestorative Texas - Arlington. The new facility is designed to provide a smaller, more personalized environment focused on recovery, independence, and community integration.
The project reflects Scioto Properties' continued investment in purpose-built healthcare real estate and its long-term partnership with NeuroRestorative, a national provider of brain injury rehabilitation services. Once complete, the Arlington facility will add to Scioto's growing portfolio of specialized healthcare properties.
